Attorney Michael S. Harshman is a 1964 graduate of the University of Texas College of Law. He is board-Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has been admitted to practice in all courts of Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas; the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio; and the Supreme Court of the United States.
