Attorney Dominic A. Frank graduated Cum Laude from Duquesne University with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University in 1992.

Prior to graduating from college, Attorney Frank served as a law enforcement officer for Saint Clair Township. As a law enforcement officer Attorney Frank received a commendation for bravery and he worked closely with the local schools and parents in establishing a Block Parent Program designed to safeguard the community's children.

Following his graduation from law school, Attorney Frank worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney and as Special Counsel for the Ohio Attorney General while maintaining a private practice in East Liverpool, Ohio. His area of practice included domestic relations, probate, personal injury and criminal law. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to representing individuals charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses. He has extensive trial court and appellate court experience inn criminal defense.

Attorney Frank is a member of the Ohio Bar Association as well as the Columbiana County Bar Association. He has served as a member of the Saint Clair Township Blue Ribbon Committee and on the Advisory Board for Kent State University. He has also served as Chairman for the United Way. Attorney Frank has served as a hearing officer for the Village of Lisbon and as the solicitor for the Village of Salineville. In 2005 he was named the People's Choice Best Attorney in Columbiana County.

Attorney Frank has been a member of the adjunct faculties of Kent State University and Ohio Valley Business College. He taught courses in criminal defense and civil litigation.

Attorney Frank earned five varsity letters for football and track while attending East Liverpool High School. He also earned varsity letters at Bethany College where he was a member of the football and track teams.

Attorney Frank has four sons and he resides in East Liverpool, Ohio with his wife and youngest son. His oldest son is a member of the special forces of the United States Navy and he is currently serving in Afghanistan.
